• Dispute Window. Disputes must be reported to support@damanwinnerclub.com within 24 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for investigation. Daman Games's decision following a proper investigation is final and binding.

Section 7 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Accepted Deposit Methods. Daman Games accepts deposits via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfer. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name only. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum Daman Games withdrawal amount is ₹100. KYC verification must be completed successfully before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Destination. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to your verified UPI ID or bank account. Daman Games does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or alternative payment methods not registered in your name.

• Your violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation in connection with your Daman Games participation;
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct associated with your Daman Games Login account;
